  1. What does refurbished mean?
    Refurbished can mean different things to different companies so this is a good question. 360 Technologies has HP authorized technicians who test and return these products back to the original manufacturers specifications. We replace gears and rollers and anything showing wear. When applicable we also re-paint the equipment with the actual HP paints to return that product to it's original "like new" condition.

  2. Why should I buy from 360 Technologies?
    #1. We don't have voice mail during office hours. You will always speak to a human M-F between 8:30 and 6:00 central time. #2. We have over 20 years of experience in the business of buying and selling refurbished equipment, working in the industry long before starting 360 Technologies. 360 Technologies has been in business since 1999 and has a great reputation in the industry. #3.   3. Why don't you include shipping in the prices?
    360 Technologies does not include shipping charges in the quoted price because the charges will vary depending on your final selection, location, and level of service. Companies that “include” shipping are charging you the highest possible amount to cover the worst-case scenario. They may include it in a handling fee, or hide it in the cost of the item. 360 Technologies charges actual shipping, which can be verified at UPS or Federal Express. We will box your order and use the exact details you provide during the checkout process. Oversized orders will be quoted on a per-order basis. Don’t worry, you have already found the best price. Now you will find that we have some of the lowest shipping costs on the market! Contact us anytime by phone or email to get shipping rates before committing but we guarantee that we will not charge you more than the cost posted on the UPS or Federal Express website.

  4. How do you calculate taxes?
    The tax you pay on your purchases will depend upon your zip code.

  5. Why don't you include consumables with printers and plotters?
    When we purchase equipment it rarely has unopened consumables with it. Rather than costing in new ink and toners automatically, we allow you to either provide your own or buy it new from us. If you prefer a "package deal" just call us or drop us an email and let us know. We're pretty easy to deal with.

  6. Why do I receive an invoice for a replacement product?
    All orders are invoiced, and customers with credit card terms will have their cards charged for each replacement. However, invoices for subsequent shipments will be flagged as a "warranty" or "replacement" invoice, and will reference the customer's original purchase order. Products returned with an authorized RMA as per our Terms and Conditions, will have a credit memo issued. Credit memos for Customers with Terms of Credit will be applied to their replacement invoices. Refunds on credit memos for customers paying by credit card will be posted to the same card that was billed for the replacement.

  7. What if the equipment doesn't work when I get it?
    This has happened once or twice--sometimes due to a problem encountered during shipping. Be assured that your sales rep and our staff of HP certified technicians are here to help.

  8. What accessories come with my equipment?
    Check the listing carefully on our site; for most items you will find a listing of accessories. Printers and plotters generally come with a power cord, the standard trays, and a manual on CD-ROM. Drivers are available at www.hp.com and we can help walk you through that process if needed. Any questions? Give us a call or just click on the big question mark on the left column.

  9. What if my equipment was damaged in shipping?
    Be sure to note the damage on the document from that shipping company and keep the original packaging. Pictures of the damage are extremely helpful if this problem should occur. Contact your sales rep or email the information to sales@360tech.com and we can take it from there.

  10. What is your warranty policy?
    All equipment purchased from 360 Technologies is in refurbished condition unless we have specified otherwise in writing. Most refurbished equipment carries a 90-day parts and labor warranty from 360 Technologies. Some parts and older equipment may specify a 30-day warranty. 360 Technologies, Inc., shall determine if defective equipment is to be repaired, replaced, or refunded. New HP equipment will come with the manufacturers warranty as specified by the manufacturer. Products sold outside of the U.S. must be returned to the U.S. for warranty. Special order parts carry a 30-day warranty and may not be returned unless the incorrect item was shipped. 360 Technologies will make every effort to make sure that every customer is satisfied within these parameters.

  11. What if I want to pick up my item in Austin?
    Picking up your purchase at our Austin warehouse is definitely an option and there is no charge for shipping or handling. Just make a note in the comment section when checking out and we will notify you as soon as it's ready for you!
